As a general planner and project manager, Obermoser Planning Office supervises and sees through a building project from the initial sketches, right through to the final nuts and bolts. And, moreover, preliminary designs, cost estimates, submission schedules, construction site plans and detailed planning, tenders for building site management and work by tradesmen, overall responsibility for project execution, on-site construction supervision and, last but not least, accounts validation are part of the service package we offer to our clients.
