Our competent team is happy to advise you in all matters construction.

A total of five team workers use state-of-the-art computer systems to provide all the services we offer our clients. Together with master builder and qualified engineer Franz Obermoser, the management team includes project manager and qualified engineer Klaus Danzl as well as office manager, master builder and qualified engineer Christoph Rieder, who are responsible, among other matters, for dealing with developer projects.

All roads converge at the administrative office with Head of Secretariat Katharina Dornauer.

The Team

Master builder and qualified engineer Franz Obermoser

Master builder and qualified engineer Franz Obermoser runs the Obermoser Planning Office and ensures that you are able to bank a completely "successful team".

Katharina Dornauer

In the Obermoser Planning Office I am available in the administrative office to deal with your requests and concerns.

Qualified engineer Klaus Danzl MSc

I am your competent contact partner for all phases of the design, in additional planning and in building construction.

Master builder and qualified engineer Christoph Rieder

I am involved with project preparation and development, basic evaluation, as well as the planning related implementation of your project, from its design through to execution.

Qualified engineer Christopher Bleiner

I deal with all phases of the architecture planning, such as permit-, execution and detailplanning.

Master builder and qualified engineer Michael Adelsberger

I am responsible for the smoothly execution of the construction project and to coordinate the tasks of the construction firms as well as the craft producers till the handover.
